- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My mom was sending my clothes to me in Orlando, Florida. We took out insurance up to $250 for if the items got lost or stolen. When the box arrived in Orlando, my items got stolen. I called customer service, and the representative acknowledged that the items were stolen because she said "the box was found on the floor, open, with the contents missing." When I tried to get the insurance money to help buy new clothes, they company refused and denied my claim because I didn't have pictures of every item in the box. It was ridiculous that I took out insurance, had a company representative acknowledge that the items were stolen, yet the company still refused to follow through with giving me the insurance money. I was out of all my clothes and the extra money I paid for insurance, which the company refused to let me use.By Genevieve Young, December 30, 2016
