  Ben is amazing. He and his Team took the stress out of the situation and lead us to our first home. Ben takes the time to understand the individual and fight for what they want. He is always willing to help even if it isn't something he normally handles. He is an extremely hard worker and amazing person.   My wife and I are first time homeowners so we were new to the process of buying a home. Lucky for us, we had Ben to help guide us and give us his honest opinions on the properties we viewed. From viewing homes, to contract negotiation, down to closing, Ben was there every step of the way answering every single possible question we could think of (which was a LOT of questions, trust me). He did a phenomenal job during negotiations to clearly get our concerns/requests to the sellers. We are extremely fortunate that we were linked up with Ben, and I can confidently say I will utilize his expertise for all of my future property sells/purchases. 5 out of 5 stars is an understatement!!!

  Ben provided my husband and I with a wealth of knowledge in many fields: real estate, negotiating, inspection follow up, etc. He was extremely responsive to ALL forms of communication ALL of the time. I would settle for no less than a real estate agent who was honest, not pushy, patient, and understood our needs, no matter how long it took to find a home... Ben not fulfilled all of my (high) expectations, but also became a quick and wonderful friend! I would strongly urge anyone to contact Ben Lastra for your real estate needs!
